Many people also like to place their birthstone in their engagement ring. You will find that their is a stone assigned to each month of the year and it can also be related to your star sign.

Sapphires carry a wonderful shade of deep blue and emeralds are renowned for their strong shade of green. A ring with a colored stone can make it more eye-catching.
